[Question from Networking Thursday’s entertainment leaders panel hosted by TVC Entertainment] What should yogis expect when participating in your Bikram Yoga classes and what new things should we look out for during this new upcoming Party Girl Yoga Season?
One of the things I love about Bikram yoga is that it resets my day! Yes for 90 mins you are in a 90-degree room sweating your but off but you should expect to come out the other side of that class releasing any feelings or tension that was holding you back.
Working through the postures, focusing on the breath, cleansing all the oxygen in your body and allowing the heat to massage your muscles is something our yogis look forward to with each and every Bikram class. Experiencing the excitement of practicing then perfecting a specific posture or pose and having the opportunity to enjoy that feeling again when flowing through the second set.
I remember the first time I attended a Bikram yoga class. It had been on a solo trip for business In Denver, Colorado. Walking through the 99-degree classroom doors, the only thing I could think was I am going to pass out. After the class Bikram yoga, it allowed me to leave yesterday’s problems behind and experience new forms of mental stimulation that helped me discover a new solution.
When it comes to the Party Girl Yoga Team our yogi community not only works hard on the matt but plays hard too. This season you can expect new classes and luxury yoga tools to enhance your practice, whether you’re working hard and need to sweat at 90 for 90 our Bikram yoga class or need to play hard and relax with fellow yogis at weekly Wine Yoga practice. This season is sure to give you a new experience every time you roll out your matt.
